SPA the band of long island

BAND OF LONG ISLAND

July 4th at Steppingstone Park


Wednesday, July 4 at 8 p.m., join us in celebration of our country's independence with the BAND OF LONG ISLAND. This 50-piece band will play the best of Broadway, traditional marches and familiar classics accompanied by vocalist Jason Whitfield. Great Neck's own, conductor Michael Flamhaft is the founding director of the band.

BEER & WINE FESTIVAL

Steppingstone Park

Join us Sunday, July 29 starting at 2 p.m. to enjoy local craft beers and wines, a variety of food trucks (including Kosher food), musical entertainment and more!
Meade Brothers will entertain you  with top ten tunes from the '60's and '70's; RUBIX KUBE performs hits we know and love from the '80's beginning at 7 p.m.!
There will be fun activities for all ages!


FAMILY FUN DAY

Bring the whole family on Sunday,  August 12, from noon to 5 p.m., for our FAMILY FUN DAY! Enjoy family entertainment, delicious food truck options (including Kosher), exciting games and activities. There will be special live performances throughout the day.

at 4 p.m.
The legendary Blues Traveler band, lead by singer/harmonica player, John Popper, performs in Steppingstone Park at 7 p.m.

Monday, October 8 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m, we offer many activities including arts & crafts, duck races, pony rides, inflatables, petting zoo, photo ops, rock climbing wall and so much more.We also feature food trucks and live entertainment for your enjoyment. Open to all Park District residents with a current park card.

HAUNTED WALK

Wednesday, October 31, celebrate Halloween with the Park District! We offer free admission for those dressed in costume.
Skate during our public sessions in addition to other off-ice activities such as arts & crafts, photo opps, free cotton candy, trick-or-treats plus so much more.
Visit our friendly Kiddie Walk  from 12:30-7 p.m. for younger children and a spookier Haunted Walk from 6-9 p.m. for those more bold.
All "boos and ghouls" are welcome to attend.


WINTER WONDERLAND

At our FREE Winter Wonderland event, Sunday, December 16, residents with a park card, skate free. Also enjoy arts & crafts, cotton candy, music and so much more for the whole family.
