You, too, can find inner peace in the great outdoors at our all-level Outdoor Yoga class at Steppingstone Park. Perfect your downward dog under blue skies, listening to nature’s  music, while overlooking beautiful Long Island Sound. Dress according to the weather; bring a yoga mat.

Tai Chi - Outdoors in the Village Green

Tai chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.
