The Great Neck Park District put the finishing touches on their hockey program for the upcoming 2017/18 season with the addition of former two-time NHL champion/Stanley Cup winner (1999 & 2003), Grant Marshall.
Marshall is a retired Canadian ice hockey right winger who currently works on behalf of the Devils Alumni Association. In his heyday, he played for the NHL’s Dallas Stars, Columbus Blue Jackets and New Jersey Devils. He last played for the Devils' minor league affiliate, Lowell, during the 2007-08 season.
He will be joining the Great Neck Park District Bruins Hockey staff as Director of Player and Coach Development, working with both the travel and in-house Bruins programs at practices and games. Throughout the season, he will offer clinics to the hockey players sharing his vast knowledge and experience with the teams.
We are very happy to have Mr. Grant Marshall on board here at the Andrew Stergiopoulos Ice Rink.
Join us this season for a very special addition to our team!
