The shop has all COVID-19 protocols in place, including wearing masks, plexiglass barriers at transaction counter, accepting touchless credit cards, limit to how many people in shop at a time and thoroughly disinfect store before opening with environmentally-friendly spray.
The current hours are as follows: Thursdays 3:30-6:30 p.m.; Saturdays 12:30-6 p.m.; Sundays 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
If you need your skates sharpened you can leave your skates in the drop box at the front door entrance to the shop. If you drop them any time before the store opens (Thurs., Sat. or Sun.), your skates will be ready the same day. If you drop them when the store is closed, skates will be ready the next day they open for business. If you text or email to notify the shop, they will get it done within 24 hours or less and deliver it to your home (Great Neck only).
