You will have to complete and return our permit application, supply us with a Certificate of Insurance and submit payment in full in advance of your shoot.

How do I apply for a permit to photograph/film at a Park District park/facility?
Send us a written request on your company letterhead, giving date(s)/times needed, which park/facility, size of cast and crew, equipment you are bringing and give a brief description of what you are photographing/filming.
2.
What is required?
You will have to complete and return our permit application, supply us with a Certificate of Insurance and submit payment in full in advance of your shoot.
