1. When can I have a birthday party?

We operate early September to early June.
We have time slots in the Playscape allotted to birthday parties which are as follows:
Monday - Friday
4-5:30
6-7:30
Saturday & Sunday
10:30-12
12:30-2
4-5:30
6-7:30
*Birthday parties are available during the day on school holidays & breaks. Contact us for times & days that are not listed.

2. What is the base price?

Packages start at $400 for 90 minutes of outrageous fun! We have optional add-ons and package upgrades for an extra charge. 

3. What do I get for $400?

We're glad you asked! 90 minutes of outrageous fun with family & closest friends, 2 friendly and entertaining party hosts, private use of the Playscape & party rooms,pizza, water and Apple Juice, all paper goods (utensils, plates, napkins), generic decor & a birthday to remember!

4. How many children does a basic package include?

15 guests, our birthday honoree is free. (16 children: total)

5. Are parents of birthday guests allowed?

Yes, however we appreciate keeping the parents to a minimum.

6. Can we bring entertainment?

Yes, just please provide us with the company beforehand. No live animals.

7. Can we bring our own decorations?

Definitely! Our supplies are generic, gender neutral "Happy Birthday" themed. You are more than welcome to bring anything else to make the party more personal.

8. Do you provide balloons?

We do not provide balloons. You may bring your own but keep in mind their is no helium tank on the premises.

9. Do you provide the cake?

We currently do NOT provide the cake or cupcakes.

10. Can we have a party longer than 90 minutes?

If it is getting close to the day of the birthday and there are no birthday parties booked after your party we can extend the party at $50 for every 30 minutes if approved. All requests must be made to gnparks@gnparks.org.

11. Can we bring our own food?

Yes you may bring food if you like. We do not discount the party price if you choose to bring your own food.

12. Do you provide goody bags?

No, we do not provide goody bags

13. Is alcohol permitted?

No, alcohol is not allowed during the parties
